Welcome to Whimsy & Hue, where forgotten furniture finds new life in bold color and playful design. I create one-of-a-kind pieces by painting whimsical patterns and vibrant hues onto tables, chairs, doors, and other rescued treasures, often discovered at thrift stores or rescued from the roadside.

Each piece is lovingly transformed and sealed for its new home, whether that’s indoors or outside. While I don’t paint murals, I specialize in functional art pieces and wall-mounted art that brings joy and personality to any space!

What began as a heartfelt hobby has, with encouragement from friends, blossomed into a small business—and I’m so glad you’re here to be part of it.

How I Work

Once we’ve discussed your vision and agreed on the scope and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the commission. From there, I will begin developing concept designs—either on paper or in digital format—for your review and approval. Along with these initial concepts, I will provide a clear timeline for completion. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the finished piece.

This process ensures that your investment in original artwork is both collaborative and thoughtfully executed—resulting in a unique piece that holds both personal and lasting value.
